Mission
Statement
The Paul Selden Companies' primary mission is to explore and map
fundamental principles that govern sales process behavior, then to show
our clients how to apply those principles for commercial gain and/or for
the benefit of society as a whole.
We define "sales" as the output of a system that encompasses
sales, marketing, and customer service processes. In this sense, "sales"
is not a single "department;" it is a result produced by interdependent
causal systems. Our perspective allows us to bring the arsenal of
scientific and engineering disciplines to bear on the entire subject.
Our mission is to help advance this effort.
