Setting the Structures For
Systematic Selling is a strategic planning session designed to
present an executive overview of the Systematic Selling®
program. The program provides
direction in suggesting minor essential modifications to make the
program most effective for you, prior to the program delivery. This
workshop will allow you to lead sales teams in achieving higher levels
of measurable and consistent performance, identify structural
opportunities to enhance all aspects of the selling system (on-the-job),
and enhance your understanding of sales as a tangible integrated system.
The First day will involve an overview of the entire Systematic Selling®
series from an executive perspective, as well as working to surface and
make executive level decisions regarding the current sales process and
sales coaching system. Day Two will focus on answering the questions
related to "Who, What, When, Where, and How" decisions will be
implemented.
