Coaching Sales Reps On-the-Job
is a hands-on clinic for sales leaders, designed to help them lead their
sales teams to higher levels of consistent performance. This workshop
will surface any and all obstacles affecting the whole team, such as
common selling mistakes and inconsistent selling performance, and will
allow reps to become more energized team players.
During Day One, participants will learn the importance of following a
systematic approach to coaching sales reps on-the-job while
participating in various topic-related activities. The focus will be on
developing tools to help identify common selling mistakes, and
implementing action plans to remove these obstacles. Day Two places
emphasis on discussing various ways to make tangible progress in
eliminating weaknesses while leveraging strengths, as well as
identifying sales opportunities and achieving consistent repeatable
results.
