Mastering Systematic Selling®
On-the-Job is a hands-on workshop for sales leaders to help achieve
higher levels of consistent performance, and to learn an integrated
selling system for becoming even more successful on-the-job. This
workshop will allow sales teams to learn how to become even more
confident in their success as a team and individually, and to ramp up
speed more quickly when moving to higher level relationships with
customers.
During Day One, participants will learn the importance of following a
systematic approach to selling on-the-job while participating in various
topic-related activities. The focus will be on developing tools to help
identify common self-defeating sales behaviors, and implementing action
plans to address obstacles that fall within sales management's control.
The Second Day features activities designed to increase awareness of
contrasting coaching styles, and emphasizes various ways to make
measurable progress in eliminating weak areas while leveraging
strengths, as well as identifying sales opportunities and achieving more
repeatable results.
